The condominium unit known as 22C-778 McMillan Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as described in Certificate   of  Title  No. 2362733/1   will  be  sold  at  auction  on Tuesday,  the  28th day of January, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at 263 Stanley Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The Vendor under Power of Sale is informed that the property consists of: an apartment style condominium unit with a living area of approximately 638 square feet, more or less. The Vendor is advised that the unit contains a kitchen, living room, a dining room, 1 bedroom, a bathroom and high ceilings.

REALTY TAXES:  The realty taxes with respect to the said land are paid in full to December 31, 2017.  The property is sold subject to taxes and penalties accruing after that date. Any outstanding water, sewer and utility account(s) for the current and prior years, whether or not added to the tax account at any time, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
