The building and land known as   27 Dumbarton Boulevard, in  the City of Winnipeg, Manitoba, as described in Certificate of Title No. 1083133/1  will be sold at auction on  Tuesday, the  26th  day of November, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at 263 Stanley Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The Vendor under Power of Sale is informed that a single-family 2 storey lakefront dwelling of approximately  5,695  square feet, more or less, of living space.  The Vendor is advised the house has forced air heating and has central air conditioning. The vendor is further advised that the home consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, family room, dining room, kitchen and sunroom. The Vendor is further advised that the home also consists of an indoor inground pool and 2.5 bathrooms.  The Vendor is further advised that  exterior of the property has a double garage and a wood deck.

REALTY TAXES: The realty taxes with respect to the said land are  paid  in  full to December  31, 2018.  The property is sold subject to taxes and penalties accruing after that date. Any outstanding water, sewer and utility account(s) for the current and prior years, whether or not added to the tax account at any time, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

PRIOR CHARGES: Caveat No’s. 87-81841/1, 87-125673/1 and 1072256/1

TERMS: Twenty percent of the purchase price  by bank draft or  certified cheque and the balance according to auction sale conditions.

The building and land are to be sold subject to a RESERVE BID to be announced prior to the sale.
