If there is an increase in the bid of any parcel in round two then we will have round 3 of selling after a short recess.if no increase then bidding will be over .There can be many rounds .No bid can be retracted.If you want all 3 parcels or any combination ie;#1and #2,or #2 and #3,or #1 and #3,  you must be high bidder on each parcel you are interested in .

Executors have right of refusal on final bids.
