The building and land known as 777 Selkirk Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as described in Certificate of Title No. 2609093/1 will be sold at auction on Tuesday, the 18th day of December, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at 263 Stanley Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The Vendor under Power of Sale is informed that there situate on the said land a single-family, 1 storey dwelling of approximately 792 square feet, more or less.  The Vendor is advised the house is heated by forced air.  The vendor is further advised that the home consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a full bathroom.  The vendor is further advised that the homes consists of a full basement that is partly finished.  The exterior of the property consist of wood siding.

REALTY TAXES:  The realty taxes with respect to the said land are paid in full to
December 31, 2016.  The property is sold subject to taxes and penalites accruing after that date.  Any outstanding water, sewer and utility account(s) for the current and prior years, whether or not added to the tax account at any time, are the responsibility of the purchaser..


TERMS:  Twenty percent of the purchase price by bank draft or certified check and the balance according to auction sale conditions.
